have you ever had a nullipareous woman have forceps delivery and end up with perineal hematomas. Later found to have anal sphinctor tear, uterine and bladder prolapse. Was her pelvic floor support structures (levator ani) ruptured and would MRI have been beneficial in diagnosing this for laprascopic repairs. Pt ended up with anal sphinctorplasty, vaginal hysterectomy, cystocele, rectocele repairs and bladder sling.
