hi and thanks. monday i came down with the flu, i was pretty sick. I am starting to fell better now, but i have a problem wiht my right foot. I can hardly put any weight on it th top of my toes right at the point were they meet the foot and right under there and back to my arch is so sore, its like a sharp pain and some what all the time, even when i am not standing on it. and early this morning i while i was in bed my right caff musael started to cramp up with very sharp pains.
