Hi im a 26 yearold male, have a cronic cough and so slight shortness of breath, i have allergies. I visited a pulmnary lung specialst took a lung function test, which came back okay, then a chest Ct without contrast high resolution, to look for possible pulmonary fibrosis, the CT scan impressions are as followed. No evidence of Pulminary fibrosis, Calcified granulomatous calcifications in mediastinum and right pulminary hilar lymph nodes as well as in the parenchyma or right middle and lower lobes. Is this something to be concerned about? my docotor never even mentioned this?
