I have dealt with excessive wattering of the mouth for 2 months now. My right cheek is slightly swollen along with my lymph nodes on the right side of my neck. My saliva glands are swollen also. The one on the bottom of my chin on the right side hangs down low and feels like it has a lump in it. I have had a CT scan and a FNA biopsy on my parotid gland and lymph node that is under my ear. Everything came back benign and no stones in my glands. This is driving me insane. No one can tell me what is going on.
