Hello, this may sound like a crazy question but I'm wondering exactly where is you're gallbladder located and how is the lapersocpic procedure performed. Also about how long does it take to recover from this. Do you know of any sites that I can go to to read more about this.

Thank you

Not a crazy question at all! The gall bladder is located behind the liver which is under the rib cage on the rght side of the abdomen. I found a site I think you will find very helpful: http://www.uphs.upenn.edu/surgery/clin/gi/gallblad.html
