I'll be as quick as I can. Whenever I find myself around a large group of people I don't know (i.e. in a store at work) I get very uneasy. My hands start to shake and I can't even hand money to someone at a gas station without them noticing it. It's almost like I think everyone is watching me and/or judging my every action. Any idea what this is or how to deal with it ?
