Is it ok to take flaxseed oil - twice per day one in the morning and evening, a multi vitamin - once in the mornings and the Desert Burn ZA 750 Hoodia - three times daily morning, noon and night. I am worried about overloading my system and getting negative side effects. I am also worried about the combination of the three mixing in my body at the same time. Do any of them contain ingredients that when blended will be toxic and poison me?
