I have constant vaginal itching and the urge to urinate when I don't need too. This just happend three days ago after intercourse. I am worried that it could be an STD, but we used protection so I don't know.

It sounds more like a yeast vaginitis or other irritation from the condom. Yeast could create itching and irritate the area around the urethra giving you the urge to pee. An over the counter yeast treatment for 7 days should tell you if that is the case. I don't find single dose therapy works well enough and lets face it you want this gone
