Apparently some time ago, my First Aid Kit's cold pak cracked and all the liquid escaped into the kit and dried out. After looking at the cold pak instructions, it became clear I need to dispose of the contaminated materials ( the whole kit, basically) and I need to know if I can just put this in my refuse can or if I need to find some hazardous material site where I can dispose of it.
