Rectal Swelling

About 3 weeks ago my rectum developed a growth that I can best explain as cauliflower. I have been treating with Preperation H with very little change. This has had a couple of spots that have spread to just before my scrotum. It is white and does not contain any puss.
I dont know what to do. Help
