i have sores UNDER my skin on the bottom of my feet, that comes and goes. The sores are very hard and have a white milky center about the size of an M&M.They last acouple of days and when they go away the skin around the sore dies. The last sore consisted of two sores placed about 1/4 inch apart and eventually each sore was big as a quarter. Now about 1/3 of the skin on the bottom of my foot is dead ,very hard and thick. I also noticed in the last two years that i have small dark spots on top of my feet and ankles. Any ideas?
