ED in 33yr old male. . HELP
Sent to Health Experts April 29 03:01 AM

PELASE. . . .I NEED HELP please! I am 33yrs old, somewhat sexually active with my current girlfriend. We have sex (or try to) at least once or twice a week. She is a VERY attractive woman and I am VERY attracted to her. I have been having erectile dysfunction issues since the beginning of our relationship last May 2005. (I had some ED issues with my last girlfriend but not my wife- we are separated now). Because of my growing concern, I took several samples of Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis on an "as needed" basis whenever I felt that my libido was "low". I used to have a good libido and could get an erection anytime but recently, especially within the past month or so, I have been having increasing problems with "maintaining" my maxium erection. I started taking Extagen capsules every day and the first week or so that I took them, I noticed a HUGE increase in my libido and my erection was hard, if not just as hard with the erectile drugs. After about a week or so of continued use of the Extagen, I noticed that my sex drive literally plummeted and I had absolutely NO libido - weird. I finally had to obtain a real prescription for Levitra and I take that pretty much whenever I know we are going to have sex to give me the "edge" that I need or else I feel like I'm going to let her down. I stopped taking the Extagen supplements as of right now BUT I started the ZANEBLUE diet which is supposed to help increase your libido. I have noticed more erections throughout the day, but I still don't feel like my libido is anywhere it should be for a man at my age. My problem now is I can get an erection (not maximized erection though) but I am having a hard time maintaining it during intercourse. If I don't take my Levitra, then I don't feel like I have ANY confidence in myself to perform at all. I try to block things out of my mind but it's always in the back of my mind. Like I said, my girlfriend is very, very attractive and I love touching and pleasing her but I'm getting frustrated because I can't please her sexually, using my penis. We used to have great sex with occasional ED issues, but nothing like what has been going on lately. I have a few questions:

1) Could this be a psychological problem? Anxiety issues?
2) Can ED drugs be addictive and if so, how do I stop taking them and regain my confidence?
3) Is it possible to "overdose" on supplements? I was instructed to take 2 Extagen pills per day as a dietary supplement and it worked wonders for the first week or so but then completely did the opposite afterwards
4) Are there any 'exercises' or treatments I can perform in order to increase the size of my girth? I'm thinking that maybe my penis is too small girthwise and/or my girlfriend isn't "tight" enough, and therefore I'm not feeling the "good" sensation like I should be and in turn losing my erection

PLEASE HELP ME. . . I need some serious advice/input. This is REALLY scaring me.
