I have just had my hair colored and it came out a mess -- highlights and lowlights. They actually did something called a "reversal." Well, the highlights are too think and it looks awful. I went back a couple of days later for them to fix it and it's no better. In fact I now look like a zebra and even see a bit of red mixed in. They said I have to wait 8 weeks before I do anything as the hair could get damaged. Does anyone know anything about this? Thank you.
