She can use Lotrimin AF Antifungal Cream. If you have a cat or kitten, the animal will need to be checked and treated for the ring worm too, so the child will not keep being reinfected. If she still keeps getting it in spite of all you have done, you can make an appointment to see a Dermatologist .
