For the past 5 years, when I masturbate, I have stopped the exit of sperm from my penis during orgasm by squeezing the shaft. I just recently stopped this, but I want to know if I have damaged my penis in any way by doing this, and especially if it will cause me to have less firm erections or any erection problems.

Hi, If you have firm erection at the present time probably it is igoing to continue to be firm erections. Probably you did not damage your penis.

If not, could I just have your best speculation as to the answer to this? Also, the tip of my penis doesnt get erect very fast..is it supposed to? Sometimes it takes a while and this is why I think I have damaged my penis.

Hi, If the tip of the penis is slow to erect now comparing to the erection speed which was 5 years ago, that means some changes has happened . If this is the case i suggest to you to see a Urologist for further evaluation of the erction status of the penis . If it is as same as 5 years ago probabably you are doing fine.
