My daughter was getting out of her friends car it was not ...

My daughter was getting out of her friends car it was not stopped completely and she went on the ground and the tire went over her leg . the back of her knew is all scrapped up and her lower back is also . I think she should go to the ER but she said no. What do you think ? she is also shaking a little bit but were not sure if it from the ice or the trauma.
