I am a female, 42 yrs old I have had a persistant cough for quite a few months, it seems very junky and I have wheezing once in a while. I don't have a history of asthma. I was on antibiotics back in January (3 different ones in a matter of a month) the cough wasn't as bad back then. Then they put me on Prednisone for a short time to clear up my sinus infection, cough, cold, etc. The cough is so much worse and doesn't seem to be getting any better. I've taken cough medicine, Mucinex DM, cough drops and nothing is helping.
