I am a 52 yr. old female that is having chest spasms on the left side, under the breast area that last anywhere from 1-3 minutes. I have to completely stop when this happens and take slow, deep breaths. This has just started this past year and happens at different times of the day and doesn't seem to be a pattern to it. Sometimes after the spasm, that part of the chest will have a dull ache to it for several hours.
