I have recently begun to lose mobility / fine motor control in my dominant hand. There is relatively no pain involved and no apparent swelling but I am unable to move my fingers as I normally would. When I try to close my fingers together (hand flat) I cannot get them to touch, and the harder I try, my fingers contract and bend at the knuckle even when trying my hardest to keep them straight. I work with my hands and it is making it extremely difficult to do even normal every day things. What would cause this? There is no numbness or tingling and I can distinguish between hot and cold, pain etc.
