there is a sore in the back of my mouth and it is very painful it is on the right side in the very back and every time i chew or sawllow or anything it hurts really bad any ideas???

Where exactly in your mouth? Is it on the gum behiind the back teeth? On the inside of you cheek by the lower teeth all the way in the back? If you put your fingers under you jaw bone all the way to the bend, it you press in, does that hurt?
