I wanna know what I think that I should do about a severe ruptured herniates disc problem that I had for years

Therapy, steroid shots 4 of them. 2 weeks apart on those steroid shots. Exsercising which means walking. Losing weight somewhat I'm jsut scared & very confused and can not afford nothing to pay you to answer this question. Sorry!
