My daughter was bit yestaurday by something on top ...

My daughter was bit yestaurday by something on top portion of her lower arm, there is a red patch in a circular shape, it is hot to the touch, it has two little brown lines that look like scratches around the bite like straight lines not very big. Should I take her to the emergency room?
