hi doc I need a dermatologist consultation.
I have rash in my genital area. description is several bluishpink papules 0.5-0.8cm diameter in the outsides of the vulva along to the back to the anal area in both sides.
they started a month ago by itching. they took the shape of a hygene pad I put a month ago. My period was heavy so I used a new kind of pad for night use.
Also, a few days before my period started I got married. My husband doesn't have any problems not any symptoms.
I have taken cortison creams for about 3 weeks. It improved a little bit but it is the same the last 1 or 2 weeks.
I want to ask you if cortison treatment is the right one, for how long should my rash improve??
