I was given cipro for food posion from eating clams,in 3/01(see my posted questions)i took all but 3 cipro 500 mg each,9 months later I got salmonella 12/09,I was told by the health dept not related, a Doc also stated not likley,however, I had 1 person tell me that I got salmonella on 03/01(not ant.shock) and 9 months later it manefested into salmonella again,because I did not take all my cipro, then in 03/04 I ate clams again and had to go to hospital 2 hrs later,I was in shock again. Now, did I have salmonella the 1st time and it stayed in my system for 9 months and then came out, if so,salmonella is 6 to 72 hrs not 2 hrs as it was when I ate clams and did not taking all the cipro cause it
