For about six months I have been getting episodes or flare ups that include fatigue, decreased appetite, weight loss, joint pain in my wrists and hands particularly. I also have soaking night sweats, flushing of the face and cold hands and feet. These flare ups occur about every three weeks. I feel quite ill when they occur. I have been tested for Lupus and Arthritis. I am forty five years old but when these flare ups occur I feel eighty. What should I do or where should I go next?
