Is a fast 1 mile fast walk, 30 sit ups with 5lb weight, and 100 crunches with an ab works by nortic trac, along with watching what i eat and drink everyday going to pay off? And when should I expect results? I have been doing this for 15 days strait and have seen some change. (my tummy does not stick out as much) Is this enough? And if there is more I need to do what is it? I can not afford to join a gym, but I do have FitTV Please help I feel like giving up.   Carey Ann
