why is this happening?

the lower part of my stomach.Around the belly button and below, really hurts and is really tender to the touch. I cant even hardly walk it hurts so bad. when I urinate it hurts my stomach. It doesnt burn and I dont have to urinate frequently. It just really hurts. If I put anything like pants or a belt on it hurts. It hurts to move period. What do you think this could be? It started lastnite.
