Always use a new razor when you shave the bikini line and NEVR use soap to shave, or directly after shaving. This is the biggest reason why ladies get shaving bumps. For a perfect shave it is always best to take a bath first, then get up take a shower and shave. The bath helps soften the hair and area and will also help perfect the shave.

Sounds like a little infection. This will have to heal on it's own. Yopu can put some antibiotic ointment like Neosporin on it.

It could be an ingrown hair, can you see a hair?
