i have an 8 mo old baby boy, whom i just stopped breast feeding a few days ago. yesterday, i changed his diaper, and i noticed a small dot of blood on the tip of his penis. i have put vaseline on it, and kept it clean, and since, i have not seen any actual blood, but the very tip is quite red. what could this be?
