I am noticing when i lay flat on my back or flat on my stomach i begin to feel pressure in my head and behind my eyes. I also begin to feel a throbbing sensation and pain. If i stand or sit directly up the pressure goes away but i get a dizzy feeling while it does. I have had a MRI of the brain, an ultrasound of the carotid arteries, and lots of blood work. I have also had a cardiolite test and an echocardiogram and ct of the chest. I also had an MRI of the cervical spine which did show reverse curvature consistent with spasm. Every other test has come back normal, which is a good thing, but I am still having these symptoms. Something is not right i just dont know what test i should be doing to find it
