My fiance's dad was recently in a motorcycle accident.

My fiance's dad was recently in a motorcycle accident. A couple days after the accident he started peeing blood. Just yesterday they said the blood was getting worse. But the hospital hasn't acted on it yet. Does anyone know what the problem could be? We just need some type of information so we can set at ease even for a slight moment.
