My father presently has pancreatic cancer. He is very ill...and its inoperable. Right now a procedure to put a stent in is being attempted...once then a 2nd time through his mouth with no luck because the tumor is in the way and now through his skin but hes resisting it all and has had to be medicated to get any procedure done. How long can he last if this stent isnt put in? Hes been in the hospital now for 2 wks..transferred to a better one but still it hasnt been taken care of. We know he only has a matter of time as the tumor is wrapped around a blood vessel and little can be done as he is 76 yrs old and very uncooperative.   Thank you. Lea T
