I have a scab on my leg and am trying to find out what the best, quickest way is to help it heal. Should I take a bath and soak it, sit in the sun? Please help. I'm going on vacation and want it gone soon. Thank you.

Optional Information:

Already Tried:
I've used Neosporan and put some antibiotic bandades on it. I've also kept it very clean.

If the wound has a scab, antibiotic ointment is not needed and it may cause the tissue to become soft and moist resulting in a slower healing process. I would use a lotion that contains aloe. This may also help to reduce any scarring. If this answer helps please hit the accept button. Thank you.

Is it okay also to take a bath or am I better off not doing so? Also, part as a scab, part is pretty raw still from having a bandage on it for a couple of days.

If the area is pink and appears to be healing normally I wouldn't worry about it. It is absolutely fine to take a bath with this. Bathing/washing the area will also decrease the risk of infection. If this answer helps please hit the accept button. Thank you.

Thank you for your help. I only paid the $8.00 one time. I hope that was correct and I was not supposed to do it for each question. Have a great day.
