I pulled my hamstring and am wondering what I should do for it.

I want to know what I can do to help....ice pack, stretch.....?

It is great that you have been proactive in helping yourself by stretching and taking Motrin. This and rest are the most important things that you can do to treat a pulled hamstring. Also try applying ice wrapped in a rag or thin towel and alternate this with a heat pad every 15 minutes a few times a day. The ice will cause the muscle to shrink and the heat will cause the muscle to relax, working the muscle. Make sure to avoid hard stretching. The stretch should not be extremely painful and stop when you get to the point of pain. This may take a week or so to resolve. If it doesn't resolve, see your doctor.
