i am a 49 yr. old, postmenopausal woman. for the last 3-4 day i have been severely,
constipated. it has gotten so bad, i constantly feel like i need to use the bathroom.when i try, it just hurts and still nothing happens. please tell me what i can do for immediate help. this is driving me crazy.
