Question

Foot Condition

Sent to Health Experts May 31, 2006 1:56 p.m.

I have just discovered that I cannot support my weight body weight on my right heel...the muscle seems to collapse. The skin on my right leg from above the ankle to about 4-5 inches is somewhat numb. I first noticed it last week when my right foot seemed to strike the ground abnormally. That has cleared up and I am able to bear full weight on the ball of the right foot. I am assuming that it's probaly the nerve that innervates what ever muscle group is involved. Should I just wait to see if it clears up or is there cause to be alarmed. Thank you
