I am doing some research for a troop. If she is the active duty member and her husband is putting her military career on the line financial and neglect of the children, but she has asked for a divorce and he will not grant her one what can she do? He has no job no intention to get a job and while she was in Iraq he left the children alone. He more than likely has had or is having an affair. She can go days with out knowing were he is she is trapped and the squadron is becoming aware of the issues which will only cause her to get into trouble (UCMJ)
