I get really cold and I feel feverish with muscle aches and pains, so I take advil before going to bed, in a couple of hours I wake up drenched. Are all these signs of menopause?
Also a sharp electric shock feeling that runs along the top of my foot every so often. Could this also be menopause?
I'm 43 yrs old and haven't had any reason to believe that I was beginning this step.
