I'am skinny and always have been, no matter how much I eat i cannot gain anything. Working out helps with my strength but it doesnt do much for my frame. I'm 6'0, 22 years old and am sick and tired of people saying i need to gain some weight. I'm also sick of hearing about this whole high metabolism thing, i know i have it but my question is, How do i put on the weight.
