My 14 month old little boy has not learned how to play appropriately with toys yet. When giving anything with wheels on it he flips it over and spins the wheels (sometimes for up to 15 minutes straight), when given balls he will say "ball" and throw them, but he usually spins them in his hand for a minute or two first. Also, he has begun looking behind him at his shadow anytime it's bright enough for it to appear.
Should I be concerned about autism? How soon should can he be tested? If so, how accurate are the tests at such an early age?
Optional Information: Male , Age: 14 months
