swollen lyphnodes

what is the usall couse of swollen lymphnodes in the abdomin they were found on a cat scan of my abdomin after i had pain and urination problem witch was belived to be a kidney stone well it wasnt so they told me to see a gastro doc about the nodes and to have futher test with my uriolgist to find the couse of bllod in my urine are these two things rrelated and if not what is the general couse for inlamed nodes in the abdomind and bloon in the urine
