Hi, last night I ate a chicken salad with french dressing, about 4 hours later I threw up and since then even now I have very sharp pains in my lower stomach area but not my stomach. I have not gottin sick since then and I don't have diarrhea, my question is could this be food poisoning and should I go to the doctor? or is there something I can take? Thanks. Julie
