I have a swolen gland on the left side under the edge of my chin. This happened after one of my wisdom teeth gave me a cutting fit. It's a knot unattached to my gums. I think it's a swolen gland.......What are some home remedies for it if any? It's making it difficult to swallow and it hurts.
