Symptoms: lips became sore (as though chapped) with flaking & red line around perimeter. Lips started swelling after 2 or 3 days & remain swollen & flaky, especially top lip. This morning the perimeter of both nostrils had a strange feel to them, as though I had a bad cold & had been blowing my nose a lot. The swelling is noticeable up the top lip to the nostril area. I have not been using anything new topically.
