does he like me really?

There is a guy at my job who constantly tells my co workers he thinks I'm hot and he really likes me. When ever he sees me, even in a crowd of people (at work), he will say "Hi" and deffinately want to get my attention "Are you busy, Are you feeling better (after been sick)" he will stare into my eyes when we talk and totallly stare at me and smile, fidget, etc. He will ask lots of questions about myself. He jokes around with me too. He gave me his number and asked me over to his house to go swimming. That invite was a few weeks ago, I've been holding it off. Today I called him and he got excited when he found out it was me. He invited me again, I told him I will try. He is nice. Well, I know there are lots of perverts that just want to have sex. So I am worried about that. Does it appear that he likes me, from the indicators I mentioned above. How should I know if all he wants is sex?

How long have you known this guy? How long have you worked together? Does he have a history of "hitting" on multiple women at work?

This guy has been at our job approximately 3 months. I have not known him for that long, just from work. I know that he dated another worker there, It did not last long. I know that he is a very outgoing person, talks to pretty much everyone. I haven't heard of multiple flurtations with other women.
