I just started the pill a month ago. I thought I was suppose to take the pill the sunday after my period had ended not the first sunday after my period had started. So I took the pill the sunday after I had stoppped bleeding. I took it faithfully every day at the same time. I had sex about a week before my period was suppose to start. It is now two days past when my period was suppose to start based on my birth control. What are my chances that I'm pregnant?

Probably there is a very very low chance you are pregnant. Now, keep on the same schedule with your pills. Your period may be a bit late, but go the three weeks on, one week off. You should be fine.
