I am having lower abdominal pain. I also have pain during urinatioin, but it's not a burning. It's an ache. It's hard for me to stand up straight because of the pain. I do not have a fever, but have no appetite. What could this be?

You may have bladder infection. I suggest to you to see a Urologist for an evaluation. You may need antibiotic.
