I have severe Planter's Facitis, so far I have had 3 Cortizone shots, physical therapy, I wear a walking cast during the day and a night splint at bedtime, I have also been on pain killers as well as Prednizone (My spelling I'm sure is not correct). This all started back in December and as of right now I can hardly walk and the pain is unbearable. I don't know what else to do - Is there anything else or will I just get to the point that walking is out of the question unless I use crutches all the time which in fact I have been doing for the most part? Please help if you can, I would greatly appreciate it.
