My daughter was head bunted in the nose by my youngest child. She is complaining that her nose hurts to touch it and that her face under her eyes and her forehead also hurt. She does not have visible bruising but did have a bit of a bloody nose when it first happened. She has been putting ice on it periodically. It has been 24 hours since she got hit. Is this cause for concern?
