If a female teenager has had a patch of skin about the size of an average palm or smaller located on the lower left side of her neck and upper shoulder, should I be concerned because she has sprouted two circular patches about an inch behind her left ear (these two patches extend into her hairline) and has a new patch similar to the newest two on the right side approximately at the same area?
